That's not very good from Mr T but now you had it in bits they probably won't want to know anything about it! but at least you are getting to know the truck a little better which is never a bad thing.

Biggest tyres on standard wheels and suspension?

I have 285's fitted to mine with standard suspension the front is not too bad for rubbing once the mud flaps are off just a bit on full lock and the rears are fine no rubbing at all.

    Interior blower

Thanks There is somthing making a resonating noise on high speed the noise is worse on the outside that the inside of the car. Having felt the motor there is no vibration so I assume there is somthing in the intake that has come adrift :? Will have to get to the bottom of it as it drives me mad.

    Interior blower

It's not the fan vibrating but seems to be comming from the air intake does anyone know where the fresh air enters the car from. I am assuming under the plastic trim under the wiper arms. Thought I would ask before starting to strip it down.

Do they suffer from radiator issues like the 90's do. Just wondering if a rad change would be wise?

    Pre-trip service advice...

The only comment I would make is the sump is easy to drop to inspect the oil pickup only takes 1/2 hour tops to remove inspect and refit. It doesn't need to be compleatly removed to inspect the pickup.

So - what has gone wrong on your 120??

Outside of servicing nothing done to mine in 116K miles :D Fingures crossed it stays that way. My last 120 was a manual LC3 that had front shocks and a clutch replaced under warentee. so cant complain.

    Service Issues...

Doesn't sound right. I got 110k miles out of my rear pads the fronts were changed at 70k miles and to date have not had any of the other issues.

    120 D4D injector recall

When I had mine done they checked the injector seals and replaced them. If there is any sign of failure and blow by then then strip the oil pick up to clean it. If there is no sign of blow buy they wont look at the pickup. This was the infomation from the service manager.
