Bulb Replacement & Fuel Gauge wiring

Hi There.

I have a 1998 Series 90 Prado which was converted from LPG to Petrol, tanks removed. The previous owner only has the sub tank gauge showing fuel levels. Has anyone rewired this to show on the main cluster gauge? Secondly has anyone replaced any if possible, if they exist that is, bulbs in the centre trim panel, both the radio console and the gear shift console. there doesn't seem to be any illumination on both of these consoles. Hazard lights switch bulb

I am looking for a bulb for hazard lights switch. I would prefer a halogen one because I'm worried LED would be too bright. What is this type of bulb called? Does somebody have an oem number? It sure is small.
