MAF and MAP cleaning

Next little job is to clean the MAF sensor. Also going to look at the MAP filter-will clean or replace depending on its condition.
I can’t seem to find a definitive answer as to whether the MAP sensor itself should be cleaned?

It gets dirty the same as anything else so it can do no harm to give it a wipe .
