Back to the project.
The fuel tank was washed out. You can see in the picture how the filter, that is inside the fuel tank looked like:
But the condition of the fuel tank is great, because it was replaced to a brand new original one not long ago by previous owner.
The timing belt, water pump, all tensioners and bearings were replaced.
Engine coolant radiator was washed out, air conditioner radiator was replaced to a brand new one.
Original Aisin electric winch was serviced, maintenance cables replaced, emergency switch mounted to the front grill.

Nice thread Gytman, i hope you will finish soon and will meet somewhere, my rear specialist4x4 bumper is on the way, so ill be ready soon 
My rear locker electric motor died and I chose other solution, than to buy another electric motor, that would fail, when you need it the most...

Local guy made that kit, but all components are good quality. Price for the kit is 200eur. Air comes from brake vacuum, so no air compressor needed.

I've never seen that before, interesting. My electrical operated OEM units are working fine at the moment, but it's good to know what alternatives are available.
He should consider making them commercially!
I love this build, I have said so in the past, so you'll have to forgive me when I say that I feel the pin on the swing out carrier looks a little thin to me. With the wheel AND the jack on there there's a heck of a lot of wweight and bot the pin and colloar do look small. I had one break you see and my wheel fall off. So the last one I made had a 54mm pin

Wheel carrier gate is made by 4x4Specialist and he has done many of them already, so I think he would made changes in construction, if there were problems with the pin. But the jack carrier was added later, so I will ask 4x4Specialist what are his thoughts about this jack carrier on his bumper gate...

Of course, I am sure they put a lot of thought into it. I was in the rough stuff going to rescue a stricken Frontera and I dropped the cruiser into a big rut. The weight of the wheel on the back was enough to actually snap the joint on impact. I can't imagine what a mess that would have made if it had been on the motorway. My pin is 54 mm at the top but something like 70 mm in the bumper and it goes right through and out the other side and as you can see there is also a flange around the base too. Inside are two taper roller bearings top and bottom.
It looks great, but as you say just worth asking them if having the jack on there is a concern. My tyres at the time were 37" and weighed well over 50kg each so they were a bit extreme.
