ok looking at the plate in the engine bay have found the main colour, but can't track down what the color is for the front and rear bumper plus the side bits. (they look silver to me)
Can anyone please take a look at the plate for me. The K14 is the main colour of the body (sort of blue)

Not sure, but if you take it to a good paint supplier they'll be able to match the paint 100% spot on.

I cant find the paint but the second code on the plate should be your trim colour LO1Q is it ?

I had to ask Toyota for my 100 series they have it against the VIN.

The brochure show a colour combination of 8L7/K14 Blue Royale and lower body cladding of UCAA1 Dark Grey. There's also a lower body colour of UCAA0 Silver Grey but not shown as an option with your main body colour.
