I committed to buying this Aussie camper a month ago after a long search. When the only possible handover date finally came around, so did the worst snow in years. It was a long trip to Somerset and back from Sheffield.
This trailer was handmade in 2006 by a small builder in Queensland (http://besttrailersandcampers.com.au) and brought over by its original owner; it has since been in the hands of two gents from the same LR forum.
It's a wonderfully utilitarian setup with a massive canvas tent and optional annexe/awning, basic cooking facilities, underslung water tank, two batteries on solar power, big Maxxis tyres and offroad shocks.
Here it is looking very long somewhere on the M5.
And tucked away in the garage.
Hoping to update this as soon as I can feel my fingers again.
