If it's like other Cruisers, there's effectively a tab on the odometer 'cog' that trips the light. To reset some, you take a screw out of one hole and putit back into another. It's very basic and not connected to the real world at all. As long as you know you changed it, then you'll be fine.

Well I hate to say it's as easy as drain the coolant, unbolt everything like manifolds then the head bolts and lift it off, so someone may correct me, but there's not much more to it than that. Is there somethig in particulart that you're struggling with? They're bloody heavy so don't expect it...
