Has anyone used the Garmin Overlander in the UK/Europe??

I picked up a 2nd hand Bad Elf gps receiver a couple of years ago, it's the lightning type that plugs into an iphone or ipad, I think that it may be discontinued now, replaced by a bluetooth version, but it's quick to lock on and pretty accurate. https://bad-elf.com/pages/be-gps-2200-detail

How to support a working Victorian canal.

There used to be an aquaduct over the North Circular Road in London, near the Ace cafe. It carried the Grand Union Canal and I often wondered how sound it was when driving under it. It was replaced in the 90s by a new longer one which was constructed next to the old one..

Apologies if already done, but have you tried bleeding ? The way to do this is to get both front wheels of the ground and with the engine running slowly go from lock to lock several times.

    FZJ80 front brake issue

Just a thought, but if it's affecting both front brakes, it could be worth checking the flexible hose that runs to the front axle (90947-02815). Sometimes when they get old, they can start to break down internally and restrict the reverse flow of the brake fluid.

I’ve come to the conclusion that being in my 70s, aches and pains are trying to tell me something, so I took a punt on one of these. Vague steering

When I got my 81 it was a bit prone to tram lining and the steering was generally a bit vague. Things like inverters seem to be a consumable, the panels should be good for 25+ years if they're decent quality.
