about the rock sliders U-bolts...its difficult to believe that if a force (from a rock) push vertically the rock slider suddenly and brashly that the 2 nuts will keep the load...probably will brake the U-bolt..and if you make the same thing to the rock slider with the sandwich plates i dont...

nice work nad nice design..but 2 suggestions.. the winch mount has a very big surface so is impossible to work there if something happens to the wire or brake for example the bolt that holds in the wire to the drum...what would you do if you dont have a gut access? and for the rock sliders you...

i use 30mm wheel spacers and never had any problem..and the use of the car is not normal for highways..but in hard conditions..almost every night jumps to hills and flows to rivers 8-) ;) and in greece we never hear any problem with broken wheel spacers for LC 90/95

no, its not a factory winch..its a warn 9.5xp.its very strong and helped me under difficult conditions..but the electricity consumption(ampers) killed my battery..(optima ) 10.7volts.. very low..needs to install a second battery
