By 3L I meant engine code, not 3.0ltr (1KZ) 2L, 3L and 5L engines all have interchangeable heads.

You could, will definitely weigh less and always beneficial to have less unsprung weight, especially if you're not planning on doing any heavy offroading.

Yes 3L head will fit on a 2L-T. "Pizza cutters" refers to tall and skinny tires, like 33x10.5R15.

Hi there! Installing an intercooler is definitely the way to go to get more power reliably, but you need to make sure your cooling system is up for it. Also, ideally you'd have the latest design of cylinder head or one from a 3L, since the early ones are prone to cracking and adding more power...

Sorry for the very late reply, but yes the issue was the master cylinder. I put in a new one and problem solved.

Nice Cruiser :thumbup: I have an LJ79 which is almost the same as yours but has a 2.8ltr n/a 3L engine (which I turboed with all parts from same engine as yours). Basically same as Jimbo said, have a look at the coolant system and make sure there is correct flow. You don't want to over-heat it...

Hey guys, This morning I tried to go up a steep rocky hill but i had no front drive :cry: last time i used AWD i had no problem at all and today the hubs engaged normally and the transfer gear lever moved normally. But had no front drive :icon-mad Everything looks normal from underneath...

How old is your lift kit ? And what model is your Cruiser ? And does it sag 50mm on both front and rear driver side ?

How do you suggest spacing the rear spring ? Should I look for specific spring spacers or should I fabricate a metal spacer that goes beneath / on top of either end spring holder (if you get what I mean heh)

That's bad :| Was the problem with rear or front springs ?

ohhhh and did the lean get worse by time or was it constant ? At the moment it's just a little I could live with, but if it gets worse then it would bother me

have a turboed 2.8 on my LJ79 (lwb lj70) and it pulls really good! Pretty reliable too :)

Can't reply on the extended use part... but I've recently installed them on my LJ79 and I love them! :icon-biggrin: They ride really good both off and on road :thumbup:

Is seems like there used to be something between the passenger doors and rear seats just where I've marked in red. Its also more noticeable in real life due to the discoloration of the carpet. Anyone knows please ?

Hi again guys.. So, with the lift kit I had also bought castor correction bushes because I was told they are needed. But I haven't felt any drastic change in the steering (if not nothing). Should I change them ?
