3 X 100 series at auction.

Just home from Wilson Auctions in Belfast, very interesting sale tonight.
1st up- September 2002 4.2td Amazon VX auto 478 miles £25250
2nd - September 1999 4.2td Amazon VX auto 1037 miles £28000
3rd September 2003 4.2td Amazon VX auto 10 miles. £32000.
15% fees to go on top of these prices.
These r virtually new and unused Landcruiser Amazons, I knew they would be a good trade but didn't see a 99 making £28000.

Any one know any of the buyers? Or what they went for?

Where on earth did they come from? 16yr old truck with a 1000 miles on it? Shame my numbers didnt come up!

I used to have a customer in Oxford who bought 2 off everything - be it MR2 or machines that we sold - one he would use and the other would be stored in his cellar in the new factory he had built (with studio and swimming pool for the workers!) - The MR2 I found in the cellar still had the chalk shipping marks on and it was 10 years old! He bough a universal Ironworker from me, and ordered another to put in the cellar good pay day that month!
