3B 3.4 litre diesel Big end Bearing torque setting

HELP, just about to replace the Big end bearings and I cannot find the torque setting for the engine its the 3.4litre 3B diesel that was in the 42 series and some 70series.

Anyone know off the top of there head?

well we think its 45 lb/ft got to the last set and the oil hole has been drilled wrong! another job now incomplete. Makes me wonder at the quality of the set now.
