'78 FJ43 crank

My mechanic passed away suddenly, mid build.
I'm trying to figure out from the photos if he resurfaced the crankshaft, you can see it at the top of photo 1...
Surely he did the main bearings ...
.

Looking at the photo (numbering from the right) I'd say 2 has wear marks and 4,5,6 & 7 have tram lines. So to my untrained eye I say that the crank has not been resurfaced.
But you need to get the opinion of someone with more knowledge than me [and probably better eyes]
Surely there will be shells?
Take it to a good engine shop.
