Long time no see fellas.
Poor Tonka has been mothballed while I've been recovering from chemo.

Anyway, I've got the dreaded "click no start"
Neither the starter relay, nor the change over relay are getting a signal so I'm looking in the direction of the changeover timer relay, anyone got the schematic for it?
Or any better ideas?

Yeah, both batteries good and diagnostics being done with a charger still connected just to make sure I've got good power.

You still doing parts?

Hello,
Hope you’re well. I too have this problem in my KZJ-78 with the 3.0 kz-te diesel.
Did you ever figure it out?

v/r,
Dave

My 80 series turbo diesel is only getting 6volts to engage/activate the starter solenoid which supplies 24volts to the starter motor. Any ideas or solutions what might be causing this? See attached pic. Thanks.

last month no start : 1 faulty battery
A few years ago no start : resistance between battery poles and clamps. Cleaned with sand paper and ok.
