90 series alarm fob fault

doea any one no how to reprogram a second or new fob to my landcruiser 90 colorado 98 model.
fob works fine most of the time and been told its its the rubbers near the circut board for the buttons.
looked on youtube but lots of toyotas but no 98 landcruiser 90 models to say how its done.
has anyone programed a second or new fob to there 90 series an any help or pics are welcome.

this link worked a treat and thanks to every one for there input especial knicko for his link .

problem solved as got new keyfob all working fine.
