[A bar] [tyres]

Hi Guys
Here I am with a couple of questions for you. I picked up my 6 ton jack and
its seems much better than the 3 ton, so size does matter. I found out a
little bit more about the tyres and it seems they are the BFG AT 6, is this
a normal rating for an AT tyre and is there only the one BFG AT tyre. The
price will be ?80 each delivered to me.So now I have to find out what the
cost is to get them fitted.
Will an A bar for an 1998 80 fit the 1992, because there is a nice one on
ebay at the moment.

Hi John,
I have not found the 6 bit, what you want are the AT KOs, which is the latest
tread pattern, has been a round for a few years.
Should only be around ?5 per tyre to get them put on and balanced - best to
ring around for quotes.
Probably not, since they changed the design of the front end in '95 and then
again in '97/'98 when they moved to the 100 series.
Also, I wouldn't waste money on bling items like A bars, many of them will
bend just by leaning on them!

Hi Julian
Thanks for that I will have to design my own bar or bars for the front of
her. Ill also check the tyres are the up to date ones and if so, well off we
go.
