[Admin] Salisbury Plain - Spring 06

Hi,
After the success of the Salisbury trip last November, I think we
should organise another.
I'm thinking about some time around Easter time, with the same sort of
format as last time, but without the talk in the afternoon giving more
time for going back out to play again or chatting in the pub.
There will be articles coming out in the next month in 4x4 Magazine and
Total Off Road, so the interest from there should raise the numbers
again.
So what do you think? Are you up for it?
Would you like it done differently?
I think the improvements would be:
More formalised registration in the morning.
Better organisation of the groups so we get more even numbers.
Better planning on the routes.
Would doing it on a Saturday mean that people don't have to rush off so
early?
Please post comments or feedback to me directly, I don't want to bury
the list in the stuff.
Many thanks.

Are any of you interested in another trip to Salisbury.
I have only had 3 responses so far, which is disappointing.

I am interested in theory but it depends on dates.
For me the Easter weekend would be the latest that I'd be able to go
along, most Saturdays after that I have umpiring commitments.
Best regards

OK, that seems to have woken some of you up;-)
Any preferences for Saturdays over Sundays or vice versa?
How about the weekend of the 8th/9th April?

For me a Saturday is better, on a Sunday I have to leave too early in
order to get the kids back in time to get them washed and to bed for
school next day.
