According to the description he cheaper one is damaged, unfortunately a bit much for me at the moment for the "good" one.

IMHO £300 for the bent and rusty one seems way too much.

I've just had mine sandblasted, plasma-zinc coated, and re-painted because it was as rusty as the fleabay one. I spent a fortune on mine, but at least it was straight when I started refurbishing it, and now (I hope) it's good for at least another 5 years.

Also IMHO, these bars are not what you'd expect from such a reputable company. I was very disappointed with mine from new.
