Brand New to this site - VSC question

I have a 2002 Land Cruiser. I have read every post on the internet regarding the VSC suddenly kicking on and adjusting engine power and braking automatically while I am driving. My real question is, I discovered a leak in my passenger side front tire and the tire was under-inflated. When I inflated the tire the VSC stopped coming on. My wife is scared to death that this was not the main reason for the issue. It is has been 2 months since I had this issue (which until that point was fairly constant whenever making any sort of gradual turn on the highway/roadway).
Has anyone ever heard of a difference in the inflation in the front tires causing this issue?

(The "density" of VSC equipped 100s is much higher in the US, because all of them are UZJs. The HDJ100 didn't get vsc until the last production year)
