What do you think he meant by "This action is for a used wiper blade"?

Any ideas?? I'm confused (not difficult usually).

I gave the guy a call, Apparently it was being done up and then found out that it would cost too much due to the amount of rust/rot on the body work.

Engine is the Mechanical Injection Pump, with a new head apparently (3 months old). He's looking for £1000 for the complete engine.

It's a shame, I hate to see people breaking such good trucks!

When I called it had a new head 3 months ago then!!!, so is that 6 months ago?/ I think the new head was before his ownership! He wanted £1500 3months ago with all the bits on that are missing now!

It does seem strange that he'll break a vehicle that just had a new head replaced.... (apparently)
