CD player and door lock issues

I have a 2004 land-cruiser my CD player started acting up it's the cartridge style that goes in the console and it's jamed. Nobody around here know how to repair it also the drivers side door will not lock anymore with the rest of doors when it goes into reverse etc. has anybody heard of these issues and are they easy to fix?
