Changes to email settings

Folks,

I am adding some extra settings (SPF record for those who care) to the emails.
If I've done it right you won't see any difference. If I got it wrong through, most likely , then emails will stop working until I get it right

I've had a lot of spoof spam emails being sent to people as if they were from me. Apparently I can help you in bed, sell pharmaceuticals from Canada and help you out with a loan to boost your business....
