Connectors not doing anything

Does anyone know what these two connectors do? On my 2001 Cruiser they aren’t connected to anything. They sit below the power steering filler.

I don't know about the 100 but i'd say its common in every series to find loom connectors intended for grander spec trucks that use the same loom .
