Contaminated Diff

After Sailsbury Plain a couple of weeks back I have now managed to check my rear diff and it's contaminated. I have emptied it and put in new diff oil but should I check it tomorrow after the drive to work and back and replace again if needed or having drained it out once is that enough??

I would change it again after the drive to work and back, assuming it was contaminated and not just used?
