Digest mode is clogging my email arteries!

hi
can you guys please use plain text and trim your replies? the last digest i
got on mon 21/08 at 20:05 was 225kb! jesus! this list is killing my inbox! i
also seem to be double tapping (ie: getting two emails) to the same
address...therefore nearly half a meg! any reason why, or should i just
unsub and then resub?
interesting talk about guys doing 80mph in their cruisers - they obviously
don't live in africa where 80kph is a big "wuh!".

Sorry - I suppose most of us in Europe are broadband users, I often get 15
or 20 MB of emails - drawings and specs etc in my in box, it's only when I
have to use dialup I remember how it used to be.
