Do all 105s have 3 diff lockers?

No, they don't. I'm not an expert on the 105 but the one I looked at most recently didn't have a centre differential at all. It had a transfer box and front free wheeling hubs. It had no lockers at all.
So in effect it has 2x4 and 4x4 options

Mine has a central lock.

The Standard HZJ105 has a rear LSD with a manual gearbox, selectable 2 or 4wd transfer case and an ordinary front diff ala HZJ75. The GXL 105 has permanent 4wd with a centre lockable diff.

I see.... Which one is the last model that offered the options to select between RWD and AWD?

It really depends on the market that it was sold into. Dont forget they were very good a specing for the customer
