Drift remote camera

Bought a Drift remote camera ages ago to strap on the truck when off-roading but owing to the 80 being sorned for the last 18 months it never got used for its original purpose, trying it out this time strapped to the side of my head while I shoot a few arrows. The idea is to hit the little yellow (a gold) circle (about 10/11cm dia) in the middle of the target at the end of the room 18 metres away, I didn't do too badly, one end of three arrows were all in the gold.

Euan, the camera is a Drift HD170 the bow is a Win & Win25" Pro Accent riser with Sebastian Flute 22lb Carbon fibre limbs, butbecause I have a long draw I'm pulling about 26lb on the string, not verypowerful but you wouldn't want to get in the way of the arrow. The coach at myclub said "Chas, your bow is good enough for the Olympics, unfortunatelythe archer isn't"



Adding the riser £350, limbs £150, sight £250 and purecarbon arrows £160 together you wouldn't get much change from £1000. Then whenyou include binoculars for indoor use and a scope for outdoor, a case to storeit all for transport + other little bibs & bobs it all comes to close on£2000

I'm with Nonsuch Bowmen Dan, http://www.nonsuchbowmen.org.uk/Main/HomePage but that place we are shooting at is an unoccupied premises that one of our members used to work in, we have got use of it until it is sold. It's a bit Spartan there, we've got electricity but no water so the loos don't flush, we have to bring containers with us to pour down if we use them, no heating either and it seems to get colder inside than out.

I gotcha, the Hart of Sherwood place is like that, I went once with a target archer friend, and although it was cold it was a nice change to have a roof above us whilst shooting
