earth strap

I haven't looked at the LC for a while, but it's almost been ready to fuel and start for a couple of months now. The last thing that I need to do is to connect an engine earth strap. I've taken such a long time to get this all finished that I've forgotten where it goes.

Any ideas? I'm pretty sure it goes to the engine, but it would be good to put it back in the right place rather than just bolt it in.

Could that be the one going to the back of the top, at the bolt for the lifting eye.
Otherwise, I think there is, from 8/2002, one under the oil filter somewhere. (Can't really see it without either a mirror, or taking off the belly armor)
