EGR pipe to EXHAUST Manifold nuts

I had to destroy the two nuts on the studs connecting the exhaust manifold to the EGR pipe.I did an inlet clean out!!
Where do I get these two nuts as RoughTrax doesn’t stock these.What size are they
Its a tight place to work so I may have to struggle and remove studs and buy new ones
Any ideas or info??
