Please!!how do i remove stuck EGR pipe bolts on my exhaust manifold??tried heat and hammering etc..now nut is damaged a bit..wont budge!!

Cant remove the EGR pipe bolt/nut on my exhaust manifold!!tried heat and hammering still no success
