electric seat movement !!!!

The passenger side front seats electrical adjustment has ceased working on the back (upright)part of the seat,it will tilt back but it wont rise up again,does anybody know if this a switch or a seat internals problem,would like to fix it if poss as it can be a bit awkward at times.

I had that with my drivers seat, a secondhand switch off fleabay cured it.
