Electrical Gremlins - Landcruiser 95

Hi,
I have a couple of electrical issues which are more of an annoyance than anything.
The first is that when using the central locking remotely to lock the car, the alarm can go off during a few hours later and will keep intermittently going off until I physical lock the car with the key. I have both a remote key and a non-remote one.
The second is the parking sensor, which when reversing, has a constant high tone, and doesn't beep in the expected way, speeding up when getting close to an object.
Can anyone advise as to whether these are an easy fix. Are local mechanic didn't seem to want to pay with the electrics too much.

The parking sensor will be non-standard, but at a guess one of the sensors is dead or giving a false reading, causing you to get the "You're right on top of it" constant tone.
