97 Land Cruiser/Colorado TD - Ignition problem?

I guess the battery cables ( specially the negative strap) have all been tested/not corroded too far
Hi. I'm not sure how to do that, but I don't think this is the case. Snowing again here today, so it's under several inches of snow.

1. Power locks aren't working, analog clock not working.
What do you mean by absolutely nothing?

Is it:
1. Dead, no lights on dash at all?
2. Lights on dash but nothing else.
Hi Gary - Just circling back on this. I haven't had a chance to do any further troubleshooting, but wanted to send another piece to the puzzle. Right before all of this started happening -- and the last time I really drove the LC -- the temp shot up really fast on a very short drive. Last year, I had to replace the radiator due to a rupture, but did not replace the thermostat because of the difficulty in getting to it. Is there any possibility that a bad thermometer could be causing this? To recap, last time I tried to start, both batteries were charged fully, and there was no power -- meaning, no ignition lights, interior lights, nothing. Completely dead. Thanks for your continued help.
