Why did you need to have your engine rebuilt.

Hi John,
You may find the story in the forum archive - the bottom pulley
knackered the crankshaft nose. Once I had the engine out and in pieces
I did the rest - rehoning the liners, big/small end bearings,
regrounding the valves, skimming the cylinder head, etc.
