hi
same thing happened on my 1kz-t engine, could be a number of things, but
check the easy stuff first:
1. oil: its dangerously low or needs changing (viscosity)
2. air: check for blockage or air filter needs changing.
3. poor/corroded electrical connections.
4. turbo sensor is on it's way out - this is the most expensive.
