front stone guard removal

where is the front metal stone guard attached ?

i can see the front mounts but can not see where it is held at the back.

anyone know ?

are you talking about the sump guard/skid plate?

it has 5 bolts holding it on - 3 at front, 2 at rear onto cross-member by steering rack and 2 recessed in centre area

ALso, tt also has some small hangers as I found out the night before last - these just hold it in place once you've whipped the bolts out...

Push up, move it towards rear of truck & lower down

I was close to getting angry with it

Does that not add up to seven (3+2+2=7)

The two centre recessed ones are normally full of mud & need digging out
