So to cut a long story short you are digitally and cartographically
disenfranchised.
In fact, if you don't exist you probably have a good reason not to pay
taxes .. perhaps "no taxation without substantiation" could be the
motto?
I think you should load the back of the LC up with tea, trundle down to
the OSI office, and chuck it (the tea, that is) into the harbour.

Ps: I've just tracked your address down to within about 50 yards in
www.multimap.com so you DO exist after all. Pity - cancel the
tea-party.

| Hi Christopher
|
| I got a right kick in the teeth when I bought the Satnav
| expecting all to be covered at least where I would use it
| most. I enquired with Satnav and then said its all to do with
| the maps that are supplied to them and it was all the fault
| of OSI here. I got on to them and they say its all to do with
| making money on the part of the makers of the GPS systems. It
| would seem that Ireland is too small for them to make money
| because of a small population and the fact we are not linked
| to Europe. I dont swallow some of that at all cause the Uk is
| also an Island just with a few more people.
| They also said that their maps are of no use to the GPS
| companies because they dont have the required detail on them
| and are very difficult to transfere to 3D and even more
| compicated to do that with voice guidance aswell.
| So it looks like ill have to be content to live in a town
| that does not exist in GPS terms.
