Im not sure what you mean exactly with this gibberish but the council said they are "“working on an interpretation of the Hartlepool monkey legend with the intention of installing an explanatory sign on the monkey statue at the Hartlepool Marina lock gates for the benefit of visitors." no mention of racism , no evidence of any campaign for its removal.Just more manufactured outrage from the Torygraph , knowing well that it doesn't take much to trigger the fragile emotions of their readership.
