Yes, that's what I thought.
Bad case of brake failure by the looks of it… and somebody forgot to tie a knot in the end of the chain!!

Reminds me of the young boy sitting on the stockyard keeping his eye on the steers for his dad.The new vicar came along looked at them and said to the boy
