Seriously guys and gals, can anyone tell me where the fuse and relay is
located for the windows and central locking?

The central locking is on the same fuse as the windows so fuse 16,
bottom right of the fuse panel in the dash just below the air vent by
the steering wheel.
It's also shown in the back of the owners hand book if you have one.
Best regards,
Jon.

Thanks Jon. I don't have a fuse 16, I only go up to 14. AC is fuse no 13,
normal type fuse and so far nothing for the windows. It must be on another
fuse but cannot figure it out.

On mine (94 HDJ80) the ordinary spade fuses only go up to 14 like yours,
and in the owners handbook 13 is labelled as 'AC - Air conditioning
system' so I think we're looking at the same fuse panel.
Below the ordinary spade fuses, there are two 'special' Toyota fuses
side by side, dusky pink with a see through window on the end on mine.
These are fuses 15 & 16, between the spade fuses of 5,9 & 13 and the
space for spare fuses.
In the handbook, 15 is labelled as 'FL HEATER Air conditioning system'
and 16 is labelled as 'FL POWER Power windows, power door lock system,
electric moon roof'. I can't remember how they're ladled on the fuse
board cover but you should be able to find them.
Best Regards,
Jon.

I've just swapped the fuses and..... no difference. But this is the fuse, not the relay. But is there a relay for the windows? I wouldn't of thought so.
Anyway, I must get on!!
