Glow plug relay location and Glow plugs always having power.

Hi

Have a 1997 HZJ75 and having issues at the moment whereby the glow plugs appear to constantly have power which intern is draining the battery. Looking for the glow plug relay and I cant find it. Have found the preheater timer above the glove box but not sure if thats the issue or not and would like to check the glow relay as well.
If anyone has any ideas or knows where the relay is the help would be greatly appreciated!

For anyone who may have a similar problem - found the Glow plug relay and took it apart to discover its burnt and the wires are melted on the inside. Have ordered the replacement and will see if that solves the problem. The Relay ended up being behind the battery as shown in the diagram above.

Have replaced the glow plug relay and the glow plugs now come on when you turn the key ( better than before as they were constantly on) but do not click off after 15 seconds. Any ideas?

Have you been able to solve this yet?
according to the wiring diagram above, you have actually two relays. The second relay (again, according to the diagram) controls the after glow (for better operation while the motor is still cold). And then there is the pre-heating timer (P2). According to

I have issue which I assume is the glow plug timer after all glow plugs checked and resistance is spot on with all of them. Cold start is a battle, however to prove my theory, I turn ignition on and off (no cranking) 3x this allows it to heat up sufficiently & start easy. I notice glow plug...

this is located behind the glove box.
Might want to check these two devices as well.
