Can the radio/cd unit be removed without stripping the dash on my 4.2 Lwb 1993 .If not advice on how to do this would be very welcome.Thanks.

Hi.
Not a big job. Take silver strips off alongside gear lever, undo two bolts on the upright silver strips and pull them off taking care with the two switch wires. Once they off you will see 4 bolts holding the radio in. Undo them and gently pull out.
Should take no more than 30 minutes first time round. 5 if you're a thief
