Headlight adjustment

Folks can you tell me which screw does what to adjust the headlight horizontal and vertical, looked in the FSM and it only says 1 screw????

I believe one does the dip/main bean and the other does the spot lamp that comes on with high beam.

The adjusters in the pic are for vertical, one for the main/dip (H4) lamp and the other for the inboard main beam lamp. The horizontal adjusters are similar but on the back of the lamp housings.

Thanks guys, got the LED main/dip bulbs with OEM headlights and the lights seem to dazzle on coming traffic, so going to point them down a bit.

I also have the LED dip/main bulbs. If you have the thumbwheel adjuster in the car don't forget to set it to the highest setting when adjusting the beams.
