Hello from a new 80 owner

Hi everyone,
Im Mart from Staffordshire and I've just pick my first landcruiser, a 1997 VX Manual 80. It needs a good tidy up.
My dads owned cruisers for the last 20 years so I'm happy to get to grips with my own.
I will look forward to any advice you can give me.

Here's my purchase, It needs a going over and a good tidy up plus the alternator gave up on the way home....

Welcome along Mart, if thats the low mileage one mentioned on another thread with a bit of fettling should have a long service life ahead of it.

Thats the one, yes the mileage checks out. You can tell it's been laid up for a while.
