I have a 1983 Toyota Land Cruiser fj60. It's been sitting a few years now and I'm just getting ready to tear into it.

Will do. First thing is to get it running, starts but won't stay running. Fuel pump, then carb rebuild or replace. There are no emissions test here, should I desmog it?
