Hi guys!

I just discovered that my LC is about 10 centimeters (4 inches) lower on the left rear side than the rest of the car. Measured between tire and fender. The spring looks solid. Sounds solid when hit with a hammer. The shock absorber also looks ok. I have Koni Heavy Track all around - just a year old. The "outer" bumpstop, on the body's left side, is completely missing. The bumpstops that are inside the springs look ok. The original springs have run about 210 000 kilometers.

What on earth has happened?!?!

Droplink won't affect ride height, has a body mount collapsed?

Thanks for suggestions! Snapped coil was my guess. But the springs have the same amount of coils both sides, and rings solid when checked with a hammer. Realize that I only checked the lower coil ends, never if the upper parts. Will crawl under again!

The coils can look OK but may have broken near the end so it drops and the broken bit falls away.
