hi-lo range shifter

hi group the hi-lo range shifter on my 2005 model is seized.it a factory turbo with an auto.can it be accessed from inside the cab ?

If you crawl under, you'll see how it works. It's easy to disconnect the rod between the shifter and the transfer box - that way you'll find out if the shifter or the box is the problem.
