just like most others, sometimes you wish you had unlimited time! but yes got in a few productive hours today after work!
Yesterday I disassembled the fuel pump assembly, intake manifold, starter motor, fuel lines!


have started work on these parts today!

after proper washing in the machine, spare parts washing with heat, I have blasted some of the parts & some of the parts I have chosen to grind!
Also sharing some pictures of some parts that had time to get a visit in the paint box too!
Apologies again for the English, so you need mercy for i have to use google translate!

Looks like an H Tony - 3600cc

Jesper, careful how far you strip the fuel pump assembly down as they usually need to done by a professional and need to set up with the timing of the engine. Taking it off, cleaning and reinstalling it without moved the engine internals, will be fine, I think.

Also, don't worry about your 'Google translate' English as I am sure it's a lot better than our Swedish!!

Hi Jesper,

For the fuel filter housing try www.megastore4x4.pt as they have some parts for the H engine and they may have good second hand parts too.

It is not one of the Gazoo Racing - re-manufactured parts for Toyota 40 series - but it may still be available through Toyota.

It looks very similar to the 2H filter assembly but does not carry the same part number.
