My home-made boot storage system is for sale

not sure of total weight
but main drawer frame is 15kg
ply top is 5kg
drawers probably another 5-7kg
havent weighed dog-guard part

carpet tiles were replaced with a chequer-plate style black rubber mat

the system bolts into existing grab-handle points in ceiling and luggage anchor tie-down points on floor

Andy, can you tell me what size box section you used for the storage system please?

If you were doing it again would you use the same size?

Hi

I used 20mm box section, with 2mm wall thickness

AndrewT recently fabricated a storage system for his 120, and used 10mm or 15mm box section, not sure of wall thickness
i would probably use thinner box section like that for a future build, since it is just as strong, but lighter
