Mobile police stations.
Seen these in a lot in Chinese cities.
Generally in areas of tourist places, for example dawn at the sea front, giving the feel of security and safety.
Quite visible, as it is some thing like an "Office on Wheels"
Probably used for minor crime, but worthwhile non the less.
They are electric battery driven, and only have a top speed of around 25 mph.
I like them.
